Crystal Palace continue on in great form, and are undefeated in their previous 6 league games. Chelsea on the other hand aren't showing much signs of improvement, and with their terrible away record I don't see there being much of a chance of them beating Crystal Palace this Sunday. And Chelsea need to be more than a 46% favorite to win for this bet to have a negative ROI. I put their chances at somewhere around 25% and put my bet on Crystal Palace with an Asian hanicap of +0.5.
